I mean if I had help doing so I’d be down, but I feel like I’m going to mess it up and I don’t want to do that anymore.

I hear ya. It just seems like something any computer repair tech or "geek" could diagnose and repair in an hour. But then I'd probably worry about what else could go wrong as well. This is why there are a shit ton of old pc boards lying around.

I have no idea where 30 1A is. What would I be jumping? I’m not electrically inclined at all..

The conundrum is: Is it the Main Body ECU i.e MultiPlex ECU, the PWR Relay or both or more///

But before you do that. Since you have a multimeter now, verify juice at that same location...

The diagnosis would be to first find out if the relay is getting signal but not switching on. That's the cheap fix. Even main processors can be changed but at that point replacing the entire board is probably cheaper.

Don't ask me why but relays use wierd specific numbering for the coil circuit and main power circuit. 85 & 86 are coil, 30 & 87 or 87a are main power. Solid state relays use transistors, fets, or mosfets instead of coils to easily control high currents without any moving parts in much smaller packages but are more sensitive to power surges which a coil relay would more easily tolerate. It's just the kind of part that gets fried by emp.

So reduced to the MultiPlex Unit with the Junction Board still unverified. I'd say Stealership time...

So essentially I can buy another one and pop it in and all should be good, only my wallet will hate me for a while.

Maybe in the Stealership they would do something quick, like re-initialize the system, since you did replace a blown fuse...I'm guessing here...

Goood luck with it. See if the price varies by dealership. This is one place they can ream you since we don't know actual cost. Would camelback be able to source this?

If I was you, if the deem a bad BCM. I'd pull it apart and try to resolder. It's fucked anyway. Might as well gain a little skill and go for broke. Worst case scenario, you're where u started.
