New graphics, decals, yay or nay?

So I'm about to have some decals made, I will include these for free on some of our products but will also have them for sale soon, either way the whole idea is for people to actually use them not for them to end up in a dumpster (I know they will anyway) but I figured if I get your opinions and see what you like, the decals will have a better chance of actually making it to your trucks. So, here's a couple of ideas, what do you think?
Theres no white in either of these concept images, what looks white would be either clear plastic or nothing so the truck color would show.

First one looks better to me.

 

Hate to be a hater, but I don't like either. Too busy for my taste.

How big are they going to be? I ask because, if small enough some people may want to put it on the back glass, and in that case you would want the white portion. I'm not sure how many actually put vendor/brand decals on the paint, most go on glass.

 

about 12in long by 1.5 high, and for window applications I would probably just swap the black areas for white
