Y’all got me wanting a plier rack now.

So new trail toy, and reasoning for going with the lower torque, 210 max ft lb job.

I have a home compressor setup and a 600 ft lb husky that I feel sometimes still is too big to get into the tighter spaces. So when looking for a trail gun, size mattered.

Regardless I still wanted to check out makita’s high torque guy just to see it in person.

    31D20FA7-FB1F-411F-81E3-3459BB630F61.jpg

    Goddamn that’s a big bitch.

    So I ordered this guy.

    69EE20FD-1F27-4F73-9A27-447F7990D2FD.jpg

And compared to my 600lb impact:

    C2EAF3FF-580C-441D-AFC4-EB0C4D4B2AEE.jpg

Stoked to see how it performs. Considering cv’s are 173 ft lbs ish, and lugs are 90, I think I’ll be good.

    Mine said 10 days.

I think they called 4 days later, maybe 6.

    Hey all,

Used some Citrus degreaser straight up on my 30 year old Craftsman tool boxes.... a couple of swipes later I got red paint coming off.

    Anyone match up Craftsman red?

    Good point on the fading....

Can't really take a drawer out. They're black. The peice where the red came off is in the top part of my upper chest - under the lift up lid. I guess it really doesn't show so I shouldn't be picky. I've been searching and will post here what I come up with.

    Thanks @Blackout14 !

No mud flaps, plasti dipped emblems, and rear bumper, Weather tech digital fit, Bed mat from tractor supply. Pioneer 4400BH head unit. B.A.M.F bed rail tie downs. AVS vent visors.
You’ll love it! I got the 1/2” drive high torque back in November for black Friday deal. Probably didn’t need the high torque but it was the one I found the best deal on. I think as long on I use my head I shouldn’t have any problems. Lol Its the first impact I have bought.

It may time for a bigger box.. may be time to order that jig table and get 2 boxes to hold tools with everything on wheels since the front and back and another cabinet are full...
And this is the downsized version lol.

I’m so envious of your garages and shops. I cleaned mine up today and took out some old shelving so the fridge could be moved into the garage. I need to build or get some more shelving for some miscellaneous stuff but I could even just use a dang shed for the lawn care crap. My riding mower is sitting outside.

Haha I’d sell it at value! I bought it way below value and have been remodeling it so it’s worth a good bit more than I have in it now.

Got one more room to finish flooring in. Build more overhead storage in the garage. One more trim piece to make for our garage sconces. Paint the house trim brown. Make and hang shudders. Build a car port once the brother in law takes the shed. Build a garbage can storage. Finish the rocks in the flower beds around the front and back. Build a front porch. Rebuild the covered back porch so it’s to code and closed in. Dig the trench for power out to the woodshop shed and wives she shed. That’s just the near term projects.
