I haven't had this truck long enough to know if I really recall the tach and speedo display (annalog) to be illuminated in daytime. I think it was.

Driving today I noticed there was No Illumination in All Lamps Off, and DRL ON, but in evening / night modes the instruments are illuminated .

With a test light I checked all the fuses under the hood, and then all the fuses under the dash where 2 rows of them are located. I found one called panel, and it had no power, and tail, which also had no power to it. Turning on the ft running lamps with the tail lamps both fuses got power and the lights worked .

I also think in day time the over head lamps were illuminated for the dome light switch, and I seem to think the power window, power locks on the drivers door were illuminated . In the Off and DLR positions these are out now.

I think there is a relay under the hood in that fuse box that says "DIMMER" I suspect it has burned out .

I don't have a wiring diagram and looked on line, coming up with 2013 .

Another odd thing happened as well but I don't see it is related. My wife and I were sitting watching the sky and the moon coming up on a Mt side pull over, when the door locks locked with the key in the ignition . I removed the key, and placed it on the shifter boot and it locked the doors again. Then unlocked them and in a few more minutes locked them again. Maybe the battery in the key fob is telling me it's days are numbered. This is a real key switch to turn to start the engine not a push button .

A link to the wiring diagram would help. I have warranty, I believe is 2 years with this, but only have had the truck since April, and not used it .

I've seen that happen on other marquees with random RF signals hitting them. IE my MIL's Buick trunk would pop every time she was parked in front of our house. Finally figured out it was tied to when our HAM neighbor keyed his system.

Never hurts to put in new batteries, but don't be too anxious to search for a problem until it repeats in other locations.............

My dashboard and other interior lights do not illuminate when headlight switch is in off/drl. I don't think yours is abnormal.

The locking thing I have not experienced.

This is how mine is... if there is actually a way to have them on whole the headlights are off i'd actually prefer that. Maybe I'll do some digging.

Thanks. I don't suppose there is any index? I started going one by one looking for the dash instrument lights.. Then I started from the bottom (44) seeking said index. NADA Thenon to the middle somewhere looking for the right diagram.... Then I went crazy :)
