Looks great from here and bet they taste great too!

Glad to see that I am not the only one to put little smokies in my beans  I use the cheddar cheese ones, have 3 packs in the fridge. Because I put the 4th package in some baked beans this weekend LOL.

dayum! those look good! Scratch made is always worth it. no pass me a spoon!

I've used a couple. including that one. Only thing I didn't like was no app with that one. Range is awesome on it though and it's pretty accurate. for a 4 probe setup, I liked it.

Thanks for that! I may keep looking around, they’ve got it on “sale” for $60 which is supposed to be $15 off normal

Yeah that's a bit much for what it is. I think they had a flash sale for much less back then.

I’ll keep shopping around then. I did see a single prob of the meater brand that I saw you reviewing for $80. I definitely can’t drop that kind of money for one

Yeah, they are spendy. The theory of them is awesome though and I'm hoping I love them! I'll be posting up some more review of that soon. Been cruising all night on the brisket :bananadance:

Looks like the point broke the stall and is cruising up now.

The flat looks similar just can't get the pic to load for some reason.

need to get a mesh network. I kept getting "probe disconnected" alarms all night. but the graphs show continuity. not sure. The pit temp was set at 215 all night and the green line shows a slow climb from 185 on up. I bumped the pit to 225 this am. not too worried about that as I'll learn the offset of those vs pit temp. But so far I'm digging them.

The google one is the one I have been eyeing. Just a form of network extension. When you go into a big place and connect to wifi, they have drop points all over so you stay connected to the same network. same thing just for home use to have better wifi around.

BTW, all your neighbors wish you'd get your Internet ungraded already. Their Netflix is starting to buffer a bit too much.
