Don't do it just cause you don't want to make them look bad, people stay with their current jobs all the time when they counter the new company's offer with a higher one. It's just business, it ain't personal and any hiring manager/supervisor will understand that. Do what you think is best for you

Trying to save money by spending money, MTs make it a while if you don't drive em to death in daily duty and ATs all seem to be a horrible compromise. Might as well have all seasons and mud terrains, the actual best of both.

Well this company im going to is all commercial for like grocery stores. Commercial has way more room to grow too. You can only go so far in residential.

How long does it take you to switch wheels, throw the jack under the axle and do two, throw it under the other axle and do the other two. It's not like I'm doing it every day.

Sounds like it's union too which I don't really know much about...seems some people love it and others hate it. I remember the grocery store union strike when I was 17 years old...my friends and I went and worked as scabs at the local grocery store for $40/hr stocking shelves, we loved it. Of course we didn't realize at the time that we were helping to fuck over the people that were striking. But at 17 you just hear $40/hr and see the dollar signs lol.

I put Ironman AT tires on the 250, they were like $480 shipped for 285s in E range from TireBuyer.

Union is tough, lotsa lame-o's join union because they know how hard it is to get fired from the union. So if you're serious and good, you can definitely shine among them man. I bet you do real well in the union.

I just looked them up, that's a hella good price on 285s. I hadn't ever heard of their AT or their MT but solid reviews too

I heard of them from a buddy who said they use them on all of their fleet trucks. So far I'm impressed with how they do in the rain and the snow. One took a lot of weight to balance and might need to be rebalanced or trued but so it goes

Union has extra schooling and what not i can attend. Also in less then two years i can go from tradesmen to journeymen. Which of course means better pay and benefits
