You can't believe the service department at the dealership , they proved it again .

 

I think that guy needs a new job...

Thanks , what I thought . Just another dealer knucklehead. Guess it's time to end this .

 

Maybe some of the sixes think they were born eights. Lonely, confused tranny's, just trying to find themselves.

 

Another case of workers not skilled in the tasks assigned to them.

 

I have my tech on video from the 1st time I brought mine in for searching saying that this is normal for the 8 speed. I almost posted it one day but I thought I'd spare the dealership.

 

There are self help numbers for stuff like this. Think about your family.

 

He probably knew exactly what he was saying. Sounds like classic customer service redirection to me. "What was I here for again?? I thought I might have had an issue, but he said 8 speed??"
