    I have my tech on video from the 1st time I brought mine in for searching saying that this is normal for the 8 speed. I almost posted it one day but I thought I'd spare the dealership.

    He probably knew exactly what he was saying. Sounds like classic customer service redirection to me. "What was I here for again?? I thought I might have had an issue, but he said 8 speed??"
