yeah fuck that, lol. I would've died out there in long sleeves with that heat and direct sun all day.

Yesterday I saw a high school kid crossing the street in town wearing black jeans and a freakin hoodie sweatshirt, it was 3pm and at least 100˚ outside. Some people are nuts

I have a couple pairs of them, I do wear those on the trail even when it's hot out. I rarely wear shorts in general...they're pretty thin material and have bigger/more pockets

Huh, I've always hiked in heavy canvas jeans or shorts weather depending. I do like like fishings shirts for hiking though, they breath well even though you look like a dork

Id get them at rei during their member only yardsales. Way more breathable than the carhartt work khakis.

The heat is oppressive. I have to just start working and eventually I get used to it even though I'm drenched in sweat. Hardest part is going out and starting to work

Get a Warn 8000 man. What does the 8000 run nowadays? 500 bucks? Bang for the buck is great with those. And great reliability.

It sounds lame and sissy as hell but is very true in certain climates. Learned the hard way when I was out there working. Seems most shiz I've had to learn the hard way lmao

Since I was a landscaper at a summer camp and was able to live on site, Id be out weed eating at 5:15 in the morning somedays just to avoid the afternoon heat. Also meant I could nap when I was supposed to be working that afternoon.

You remember the winch brand, was Chinese, but was very highly rated in a test of winches and was inexpensive and I saw it in Mud way back when? Wanna say they were like 300 bucks and the innards were all quality and sealed and everything. Engo? Something like that. Wonder if they're still around and as highly revered

Its my favorite modern muscle car though. Id like the dodge charger/challenger but they havent updated the designs in like 12 years. They just keep slapping new stuff on the same turd.
