Miracle Strip long gone. LaVilla and Spinnakers still there. High school friends built Spinakers. Back when beach shut down for the winter (early 70's before LaVilla was built) they would open it during Christmas/New Years for us locals. Guys that built it had a falling out. Some of them bought the land next door and built LaVilla.

Those 2 places have withstood the test of time! It's been over 20 years since I've been to PC. I'm sure it's changed a lot...

that's really hard to say without photos.

anyways i think it says salvage or rebuilt titles usually go for probably 60-80% market value.

problem is you can get non salvage trucks in similar condition with those miles.

I feel like he get's a lot of hits because salvage isn't mentioned in the description, just on the side.

Beach overbuilt and continuing. Panama City to Apalachicola serious destruction due to Hurricane Michael (2 brothers and most of their kids there). Brother helping his son in law continue repairs on his house last week and other brother trying to replace 1200 feet of chain link fence after Progressive Insurance ripped him off (it wasn't attached to the house - it was 4" from the corner). Brother's say it has never been so hot there during summer (all the trees are gone so no shade). It is still a f'in mess there but no one cares unless you know.

Sorry to hear that about your brother. We have been in tornados here before. Thank the good Lord, we have been spared each time. One touched down in our neighborhood a few years ago, 2 houses down from us and traveled up the neighborhood and destroyed a 100 year old church, Brannon Springs.

This house is 2 houses down from us.

You really can't escape Mother Nature (but you can prepare). Were you home for that storm? Remember third front passing us in Huntsville in 2011. Horrific as my son and I watched the most nasty rolling black clouds pass over head after electric was out that evening. Can even be strangely beautiful. Watched same type of storm front passing north of us years before and lightning was going off like a strobe light (pulsing every second or so) with green, blue, orange and yellow flashes. Friend told me it is light reflecting in the hail storm that was going on. Beautiful but potentially deadly. Still rather take my chances here than on the West Coast where a lot of rumbling going on. Numbers of major earthquakes this year are up but who knows in the bigger scheme of things anyway. Cascades and New Madrid are both overdue but Cascades impact could be really bad for the whole Pacific let alone Northwest coast of America.

Pulling a power play here. Had some gambling money, ordered OVTune and OzTent Oxley 5 lite. Trying to offset it by selling my Smittybilt RTT (400 buck) and a top-level alpine tent, Dana Designs/Garuda Pattar (550 bones). Doubt anyone here is interested in the Garuda, but I be SOMEONE WANTS THIS CHEAP SMITTYBILT RTT! Wiggle room = yes. Make me an offer. Motivated seller.
