Finally got it lifted. 5100s, OME 887s, Wheeler’s AAL, SPC UCAs, Toytec topplate spacer for lean and ECGS bushing as a preventative measure. Tires are 265/70/17 17x8.5 Ray10 Wheels! Love how it came out and love the ride. Gained about 2.5 of lift upfront and 1.5 in the rear. Tires look a little small in the picture but in person they look perfect! At least to me, and that’s all that really matters.

We did a camping trip this weekend....tons of fun and ....

Friends from work set up the projector.......good movies at 10,000'

Glad the Taco had the plug in the back!

EDIT: Fun with fellow Fly Fishing Friends.....everyone's definition of "Camping/Glamping" is very different.

I am not trying to discount any "hard core" campers.....however, I would like to say that many folks NEVER EVER have seen something outside of their homes. We like to fly fish, hunt, relax, shoot, hike, explore.....to each his or her own....but that is what we do so bringing stuff to make camping a bit "nice" is fun!

We have been doing this for decades and if folks don't like it then so be it. We will keep on doing what we do....and if you are nearby and would like to participate then say "HI" and join us....i

If not....enjoy yourself but you are always welcome...

This is in response to the "glamping" comment....LOL

lol seems that happens with most stuff.

Don’t know how or just really don’t want to do it? By no means a knock on either. They can just be super simple to make for most applications.

    It's actually fun!

We set it up and had a BLAST with it.

Watched some Indiana Jones movies for the night. Just good Clean fun before folks went to bed.

What I loved was the fact the TACO had the plug in the back....otherwise we would have been screwed !

Thanks Ron! It was a glorious day for all of us. The last time we trekked this mountain was back in May of 2015 with our 1978 FJ40 and we went all the way to the top, it was amazing to see how things changed in a four year period, for one thing the potholes were much more severe but a lot of fun non the less.

I just figured I’d have to buy a lot of materials to make it and I really only need the one harness. Also there is no way my work would look that clean lol.

I’m gonna revisit Cachagua Road in a couple of weeks. Heard there are some areas that haven’t been graded yet this summer. Sounds like fun! Haven’t been up there in years. Went to go check out Los Padres Dam this weekend; it sucked. Can’t drive out to the water anymore, 2+ mile hike from the parking in 90+ degree heat from the area where Cal-Am Water put up a fence!:annoyed: I’ll post pics when I drive up Cachagua Road to Tassajara Hot Springs. Glad everyone had a good time and safe trip Mike!

That makes sense, not wanting to buy individual pieces if it’s just for one setup.

Send me a pm with what you think you need, length wise and what you’re hooking up to. I might have enough left over in materials to hook you up at basically cost + shipping. Just depends how long of a run and what else is needed.

This wasn't today, but I got to get it out and actually drive it where it was meant to be driven, the Trans Wisconsin Adventure Trail (TWAT). The manual made driving this slow truck fast an absolute blast.
