Looks like I'm gonna have to pull the tires and undo the tie rods. The whole front of the rack just wants to rotate down and I can't get it to align into place

 

I need this put together by this weekend and I really just don't have the motivation to do this maintenance shit on the Taco anymore. Only reason I do is because most shops refuse to do the work unless I buy OEM replacement parts through them

I was just thinking I may ask my buddy who is a professional fabricator to do that one when the time comes.


PS it's still in the bed of my truck because the taco has been broken in the garage forever

You would think, after breaking the TRE loose with the bfh method I can't back the nut off because the end just spins

More like I left the bolts in the back of my bed for two weeks when it rained and now all the bolts are seized by rust.
