Grilled salmon. One Cajun marinade, one teriyaki-ish marinade.

    Mango/pineapple salsa on the Cajun.

Looks great! And am sure it taste great too

Been a long time Marc didn't even know you were back in Sconnie, hope all is well. Couple of weeks ago was in Medford, Wi. for the Great Northern Side by Side shoot. Last weekend was in Warrens, Wi. for the Woods and Meadows Open Side by Side shoot. Was a lot of trails for off road vehicles in the State Forrest just off I-94, surprised me just how many by the signs.

Leave Friday at O'dark thirty for the Duluth Double Gun shoot this weekend. Going up the Wi. side anything to avoid the traffic around the Cities. Hour longer but worth the lack of stress I'm spoiled now. Got tired of beating up the Taco off road and got a Polaris Northstar HVAC edition. Heat AND Air Conditioning LOL. With all the rain and blood sucking insects this year it is nice and some courses don't let you walk have to either rent one or bring your own.

2 months and will be on the North Shore as much as I can with it. And the dog chasing Ruff.

Having an UTV opens up a lot more places to get off road. And both Mn. and Wi. are on board with them most places now.

Halibut likes to be cooked hot and moist, but you have to take care not to over cook it. Shoot for about 135 degrees. You can smoke it but it’s easy to overdo so plan on a light smoke.

Beer batter and fried is great, but I like it on the grill with salt and white pepper or in the oven with a bit of white wine in the pan and butter on top. A little bit of dill goes a long way, too.
