I didn’t notice any red flags. Make sure you thoroughly comb that thing for bondo and overspray though. I’m shopping for an SUV for my wife and 9/10 of the “clean title” vehicles I drive stupid miles to see have bondo and repainted bumper covers. Used car dealers have earned their reputations

The only delay I have with mine is there's a 1-2 second delay at the very beginning of the call when the connection is established. Beyond that there's no long delays during general conversation.

Try deleting all the Bluetooth profiles on your head unit and starting over.

well I'm not on facebook and don't have pictures show up when people call me. So when you did all that, it also fixed your delay/lag in phone conversations? That would be very strange if it did unless the old woman you were seeing was actually in fact just haunting your truck during phone calls causing the delay haha.

So I guess the phone convo lag will always just be a thing. I'm at the point to where I wait like 5 seconds after I finish each sentence to say something else so I don't end up interrupting the other person if they start talking after me and I don't hear it on my end until it too late and i've already starting speaking. Makes phone convo's very robotic haha.

Still under warranty? We had an issue in our 5th gen where the radio would randomly reboot during a drive. It was intermittent at best. The dealership flashed the unit, which I think was just a fancy way of saying they did a factory reset. See what it would take to do a reset of the unit. We never had the delay issue that you speak of.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Sounds like you just need to use trucker lingo...Over.

Lol, That is 100% what I'm going to start doing. At the very least it will keep me amused during my calls.

    That's me!

I'm not on any social media, forums are as close as I get. :)

I checked IG here https://www.instagram.com/expeditiongeorgia/?hl=en and didn't see the pic, do I need an account to see it? It's cool someone recognized my truck in the wild. :D

Edit: I tried making an IG account, and IG did this:
    derp.jpg
What a shitty site. Is that normal? I tried again, same result.

Yeah you’ll have to create one. I think it’s easier with the app. But I wouldn’t worry about it

Looks like that was a "story" which is separate (and temporary) from a normal post (that is permanent unless deleted). If you do end up creating an account, there's a thread on here for the GA folks to post up their instagram names.
