I'm looking to install a 3-Leaf AAL set to my rear 2011 DCLB. Looking for recommendations on which company you all recommend based on ride quality? Thanks in advance.

We offer our 3 pack AAL here at Toytec, built by Deaver which is one of industry leaders for leaf pack design.

Thanks for the response. I’ll have a look at the Toytec lifts and let you know if I have any questions

3 leaf progressives are all built about the same so there is no need to overpay just because of branding.

I've had the Wheeler 3 leaf progressive installed now for about 2 years and have been very happy with it. 20190630_112209.jpg

And go with Wheelers or Headstrong Off Road as they usually have free shipping and the lowest prices.

I have had the ICON version in my truck since 2015 with zero issues. 2 inches in the back and 3 inches up front sits nice and level.

Thanks everyone for the recommendations. Been eyeing the HS Progressive 3 leaf pack with new Bilsteins and coils upfront.

Curious as to why you wouldn't swap out the leaf pack all together. That is the best option in the long run. The stock toyota leaf packs are garbage.

I would love to do that but all I have looked at are not meant for someone that doesn't tow, haul anything in the bed

    Hi Rick.

I was curious as to why the OP wouldn't. I assumed as much, but didn't see anything mentioned.

I got a $50 ebay single leaf AAL with the purpose of lifting 1.5in to the rear. It rides pretty stiff when on the road, but doing 30-40mph over small sand hills at SPI it runs pretty dang smooth. It is paired with 5100s all around and OME 888s in the front.

Edit: I know its not what you're asking for but more of an addition to what jsinnard was saying. Could I have done better with one of those ICON progressives AAls? Pretty sure I could have. Am I happy with what I got, heck yeah.

I have considered it and have gone back and forth between swapping it out and just putting in a leaf pack. At this point it comes down to cost for me. (Which I know is a crap excuse). I also rarely hall stuff or have significant weight in the bed and don’t necessarily plan on putting a RTT or cap or bumper on the truck.

I was trying to get an upgrade to my stock suspension prior to hunting season due to budget constraints.

However after reading some of the responses maybe it’s more prudent to put off the AAL and just swap out the pack all together.

I’m open to suggestions based upon all the members experiences. Thanks to all who have responded.

Custom leaf packs from Deaver if off the shelf doesn't fit your needs.

Call them with your requirements and they will build a pack for you.

I went with a single AAL, it rode like shit after hauling a boat once and I swapped for Dakars after 3k on the AAL. Getting ready to swap the HD Dakars for Deaver expos stage III soon. Live and learn.

Single AAL > Progressive AAL > Dakars/All-Poos > Custom leaf packs.

I appreciate the input. I'll do research on the Deaver's. I was originally looking at the Dakars to replace my stock leaf pack but it seems I'm back to the drawing board on upgrading my suspension.
