They are in the works on making one piece versions of these as well instead of only having the bolt on option.

Pull the radio out and there should be a tpms ecu behind there, simply quick splice 2 wires together and it’s off.

There’s a write up on it here, it essentially keeps the system functional but supplies the light-off wire with the required voltage to turn the dash off. Way easier and.. better imo.. than most other solutions.

I'll look into that. I'm assuming if I do get tpms I can just simply pull the wire off and everything will be back to normal

Well, I've decided to give up on my 4bt build, going to take off every single part I have and get the engine rebuilt then just sell everything off as a *KIT* if possible, then use some of the money to drop down onto a Tacoma, wife already approved of it so Time to take action!

Gotta weld it up, but the shop is almost cleaned out now, so welding equipment will be brought in this weekend...
But I'm excited to get this project rolling!

before and after, should have seen it before the before picture. There was 11 cars in there in various forms of tear down, frame machine, more parts and junk than you could imagine....
Now to get my lift in, all my tools here, things are moving quickly now! Previous owner has been a pain in the ass:mad:

Much fun as that would be I'd use a TDI with compounds to keep the weight down, 4bt are so heavy.

Millersburg, my shop is always open, I have a luxury some people don't and I'm a firm believer in helping anyone that needs it. All I ever ask is leave it better than you found it! Or bring beer lol. Once the lift is in, if any one needs to use it say so, hopefully that inside the next month time frame.
