Garage Shop: Tools

I called Eastwood. They said that would only work if you shipped yours to my house.

 

I think I can fit my tools in my new shop.....

Should probably fit those car parts in your new shop too though!

 

Thats not my crap, previous owner had 6 months to get his crap out. (11 cars in various stages of tear down, frame machine, paint booth, rotisserie (with car on it), so many Camaro and Chevy truck parts you couldn't haul it out with one semi. We are at 6 moths and 3 weeks and he still has 1/4 of the shop left to empty.....

 

Tell him that stuff goes to the dump next week.

 

Legally, easier said than done. But ultimatum has been given, lawyer comes next. I happen to work for a good one....

So...does anyone else realize how difficult is is to find paint pens locally? You know, like if you were trying to mark to see if a bolt was slipping or something.


Checked all the local hardware stores, auto parts stores, etc. No dice. The dude at o'reilly didn't even know what one was.

He actually said "uh...all our paint stuff is over there. If you find one, can you show me what it is?"

 

I'll have to go check out michaels. Walmart didn't have them but then again I was looking in the pain section...cuz ya know...paint pens.

 

I get them at the John Deere store. All kinds of colors but I always go for orange or blue.

Thank you! Full disclosure got them off eBay already refurbished. Trying to learn more about using them and still can’t beat some of the original sweathearts.

 

Micheals is actually decent place for shop stuff. Also gives you something to do while the wife is shopping.

I got my drill bit and router bit storage there for like @10 ea. Was still setting up so didn’t want to take the time to make anything.

Well I'm single so...

I do have a vinyl and graphics side hustle, so I end up in Michaels a suspicious amount.

 

Turns out I was looking 2 aisles off in Michaels. Picked up Yellow and Green.

It goes on a little globby so you can actually see if it breaks loose.

 

I'll have to go see if our machine shop uses any of this stuff. May need to go liberate a bottle.

 

I can stuff allot into a connex to free up shop space for LandCruisers and a little car project I’ve been plotting on.
