    That sounds so cool!!

I’d love to find a place like this where you could bring kids. My nephew would lose his mind in a gym like that. I want to find a water park close to me that has like the water type obstacles set up.

Do you want the whole rack or just the pull up bar itself??

So... redoin the shed. Needed to get some 4x8 siding to cut down to rebuild my doors. Had home depot do the cuts. The guy was helping me take the sheets off the lumber wrack, one sheet slid off and landed right on my foot. Right on the part of my foot I have hardware in (screws).
Like imagine a 4x8 sheet of plywood coming down on you like a fucking guillotine.

Foot is in an ice bath now. I really hope this does not screw up my routine.

It hurts worse than when I originally broke it.

I wanted to get a stand-alone rack. The option for dips and leg lefts is a bonus.

I bet they make one that mounts only to the wall... but its probably pricey.

I found one that wasn’t too bad but I don’t really have a clear area on a wall.

Heads feelin pretty good today. Just finished up 15 mins on the rower. I went about 80-90% today and got a good sweat. No dizziness or head hurting throughout or the last 10 mins after being done. Doing some DB rows and a few other back things now. Hoping I’m back to mostly normal now and I can get back in the water next week

Head felt a little off after doing weights when I got back inside. Not really bad or anything, but still not normal. But I’m getting there! Hardest workout I’ve done so far and felt misty good

I don’t recommend them! Thanks though. Definitely making progress though which is good. Glad I can start being more physical and active. Was going crazy without activity

Decided I was gonna start running on lunch break at work, walked about a mile and ran about .5, got back to the office and my boss told me I couldn’t run on my lunch break due to liability reasons.
I guess I’ll either start getting up earlier to run before work or hit the gym after like I have been lately.

Well I can, as long as my own time isn’t part of my lunch break.

While that does suck... I also get it. We have to sign a waiver whenever we use the gym on site.

Sue happy people ruined the world.

Unless you are on company property on company time working in your employment capacity, company liability is irrelavent.

So not sure why going for a run on a public street on your own time is any of their business.
    False.

People who fuck up leading to the harm of other people ruined the world.

If people stopped screwing up... there would be no lawsuits.
Well within reason not all liability is negligence related but just... liability.
