Still wondering how that Nissan Titan dragged its full-size camper trailer down there last year.

So using the amplified screwdriver method i found my lower idler pully is the culprit. Amazing how much louder the bad bearing is through the said method.

    Got a present for y'all.

PDF'd the template, should be 1:1 to that of the template i made , so you can print this out in one go or do some arts and crafts with the kids.

Anyone with a 2nd gen wanna confirm the holes/ layout, i'd gladly like to hear feedback from it!

EDIT: PM me for the template!

wonder how it is to fix.

I know my cousin had a similar issue with his FJ and it was going to be upwards of $800.
    Part alone was $450

It's only printing one half for me. Iv'e tried all the settings and nothing seems to work. The half it does print is very small. If I increase the scale then I only get the one page with a tiny corner. I'm blaming the PDF.

Just gave the PDF a print at home, i got the same 1 corner as you mentioned, but it does in fact print 1:1 on normal letter paper. Adobe acrobat has an option inside it that will allow you to print on multiple sheets, it's called "Poster"
    https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/print-posters-banners-acrobat-reader.html

    upload_2019-7-16_18-19-35.jpg
    IMG_20190716_182505.jpg
("poster" print on left, original on right)

As @Tridet167 said, i tried to combine both the 2nd gen and 3rd gen layouts into a single template. as it stands, the 3rd gen holes worked for me well enough, but the 2nd gen holes are only approximate due to me tracing them on from the 2nd gen template that i was mailed.
the single template works with little issues on the 3rd gen, so i marked it up on the PDF to show my alterations for the 3rd gen

Also the clips i got from Part source
