    and I have the one from @sorgon82 which he used lol.

    and the guy that made his, said 2nd gen was different hole locations.
    Didn't know that PDF had both thats why I said its different.

    Still kinda strange. The tensioner assy is $230-ish at the dealer, so is the water pump. Maybe his compressor clutch went bad? That's a $450-550 part at the dealer :eek:

    I'm guessing this template is for stock trucks. Needs a little modification for me but it's close. At least I have somewhere to start.

    I'm using these guys from Part Source,
    when you're checking it out, be warned there are are 2 that look very similar; one that's a little thicker and with a smooth shell, kind of like a finger nail, and the other is thinner but had a few groves/ ribs that run the length
    - the ribbed one is too thin and won't hold, you want the thicker smoother one as it holds extremely well (to a point where i can't pull it out to snap a photo of it)
