Anyone picked up a set of Kings tuned by Thuren yet?

At the suggestion of @Daria I’m torn between them and @AccuTune Offroad

    :annoyed:

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
How much lift do you have. That's quite a few threads showing. I have 11 passengers and 12 drivers with just under 2.5 lift with same setup.

Give us a call, we're happy to answer any questions you have. We've done a lot of Tacoma's on King's.

I'll give you guys a call next week. I need to discuss 14" rear shock options as well (emulsion vs RR).

Definitely call them- I'm doing an Archive 12" rear relocate and they are valving my 2.5 King reservoirs for my front. They ask a lot of questions about your intended setup and are quick to respond to any questions you have. I bought my 12" res from them.

Great looking setup. Do you have part numbers for your coilovers?

Okay SO to all you informed people out there, I just bought some used King 2.5 w/ Non adjustable Resis, for anyone who bought new did they come with the misalignment spacers for the lower mount? do they need them? it looks like the previous owner did not have them and the sway bar just rubbed the bottom of the shock. upload_2019-7-20_13-16-21.jpg

I'm not sure what you mean by spacers, but you should have gotten a mounting bracket for your reservoirs that also acts as a sway bar relocation bracket.

So I looked around and they’re called misalignment spacers. They’re for the actual mounting eye of the bottom of the C/O, usually they come zip tied and pushed/pressed into the bottom bearing. Just hoping someone has a close up of them and if it’s two per or one or

No pictures of them but they are two pieces. The longer end faces toward the front of the truck.

Looks like these are the old style Kings, not sure if the mounting hardware integrates the sway bar relocation with the resi mounting hardware.

The Resi mounts to have the sway bar relocate incorporated into them. I guess my problem is that sites like Filthy motorsports and are a little less than descriptive on which parts I would need (my fault not theirs as I just don't know) but for instance on the headstrong site:https://www.headstrongoffroad.com/s...ional_Compression_Adjusters_-_05__Tacoma.html
if you look at the pictures it looks like two identical metal spacers in the lower eye mount. I am trying to figure out if they are indeed identical or is one longer or bigger than the other and during install should I be putting the certain length one on the front or back end. I'll keep researching just know someone here knows better than me.

Little parts like that can be tough to find. Best to call King directly. They will for sure have the misalignment spacers in stock

Any help would be appreciated. I am in the process of trying to order the parts for my 2017 but my local shop only seems to work with one vendor. I am looking to get the Kings 3.0 Extended travel with 700# spring and figured to put the (EL096R-P - OME HD Rear leaf springs 2005+ Tacoma (SET) - 660 Lbs. Constant Load) in the rear. I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction to find a place to order all of this from and/or a break down by parts number so I can search buying everything individually.

My shop doesn't care if I purchase the kit elsewhere and I also just want to make sure I am getting the right price for this whole setup. Also, please let me know if anyone notices me missing anything. When it comes to suspension I am totally lost. I've spent 3 years reading on it and still don't understand it any better. If I've missed a thread with someone giving a full breakdown of parts I apologize in advance I am going to continue reading.

Accutune- their prices are competitive with anyone else AND you get their tune. Plus a fist full of cool decals.
