    Is there a way to check if you got a certain transmission TSB update or not?
    I haven't had gotten my transmission update for my truck until today.
    So I took it in to get my updates, but I was told that they have to diagnose the issue before giving me the updates.
    When I picked up my truck, the paper work didn't have any mention of transmission updates applied.
    It also drives and feels about the same.

    Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
    I was amazed by the stories of how the majority of people were completely unprepared after recent quakes in California. I live in Illinois where the ground is relatively stable (but we do have winter) and even I have at least a week's worth of supplies at home (forget the " supplies for 3 days" that FEMA and other government agencies keep talking about) and my Taco has food, water, clothing, blankets, tools, a crank-powered radio, sources of heat and light, a half-tank of gas, etc. for either waiting out 2 or 3 days or getting the hell out of Dodge. I'm also phone non-dependent*.

    * - Not trivial. Think about going 24 hours without using your phone. Now think about several days or a week.

    New Taco owner here, six months old and loving it. I'm pretty satisfied with it as-is.
    Minor changes I've made -
    Removed the TRD Sport stickers from the sides of the bed.
    Weather tech floormats (mildly unimpressed)
    Window vent guards
    Blind-spot mirrors
    Running boards
    Rubber bed mat - the bed is crazy slippery!
    Mud guards, mostly to divert road spray

    I'm considering replacing the interior lights with LEDs. The cabin seems very dark at night.
