10th Annual South Padre Island TacomaWorld Meet - 07/20/2019

Hey guys, good morning, hope yall are doing well and getting ready for this Saturday.

I wanted to address a question that has come up more than once already so I just wanted to make sure everyone on here hears it, maybe yall have the same question.

I you chose "Pick up in store" (see image a) your order is not getting shipped. You have to either: pick it up in the store (Mon-Fri: 8am-6Pm) or I will take it to the meet on Saturday and you can pick it up there (hours: all day).

If you chose any type of FedEx delivery (see image b) they were already shipped and delivered to your address of choice.

I will post pics of my truck to this thread so yall can identify me at the at SPI. I will try to make it to Bass Pro, but its not a sure thing. I will be at the Port Isabel in Walmart and the beach itself. Im nowhere near my truck until Thursday, but once Im inside her again (pun intended) Ill take pics and upload them.

Hello everyone! the day is almost here!! I was on page 1 just looking over the time frames for the meeting at locations. and I was wondering if the Attendance list is longer then the 2018? Can't wait !!

 

Im super exited. this will be my first time attending and also my first ever truck meet / run / cruise with my Tacoma

 

You'll love it, this will be my second meet, all the Folks were very nice I spoke to most of them, about there mods on their Tacos since mine was stock at the time so they really gave me guidance,

 

This morning? Then yeah bro you chose to pick it up. Ill see you Saturday!

The going list from this year is about 10 names longer than last year's attendance list BUT it doesn't take into consideration the additional people/groups who attend whom are from other forums or facebook groups. That alone accounts for a good 30-50% of over all attendance I think. Either way the more the merrier!!!

For the past 3-4 years the number of actual attendees has been greater than the number of names on the going list.

 

What do you all think about parking arrangements once we find a spot big enough on the beach for us to park?

2 rows with tailgates inwards?

 

I'm jealous though! Its awesome! I keep showing my Wife this one, but still can't get it cleared...lol... First she was impressed with your homemade and that gave her an Idea I could maybe build one as nice as yours....but I'm not much of a carpenter...so we like your new pick, very nice condo on wheels! Maybe if she sees yours this weekend, she will give in....lol....Enjoy!

 

That's cool! looks as if its gets any bigger we may need escorts to and from the beach! I didn't know of groups from facebook and other forums joining that's cool!

It's really fun and a lot of awesome folks out there too plus you get to meet others and check out their trucks and get ideas. I done traveled over 155k miles going to different places and trips meeting ppl and it's an awesome experience with a taco since I can go anywhere I wish.....almost
