ah yeah that sucks. I hate when my team has the late games like we did last night, I don't get home until around 1am and then after I get ready for bed I just lay there for ~2 hours unable to sleep lol. I finally fell asleep last night and my cat misjudged where my head was at in relation to the wall and landed on my shoulder/face, claws and all...fucker

"If people sleep less than seven hours a night or more than eight hours a night, they had an increased risk of death by 17 percent to 24 percent. The use of sleep medications also increased the risk of mortality by about a third."

    thanks,
especially the foam cushioning around the door that moves between fresh air and recirculated
has your '97 ever developed a weird flapping sound at highway speeds in this area?

i do not like thinking that the recommendation is to sleep 1/3 of your natural life @ 8hrs per day

lots of valuable time is wasted on sleep, and the scientists still have not found a 'safe' way to eliminate most of this 'lost time'

a 60 yr old that has always gotten 8hrs has slept for 20 years!!

No flapping but a squeaking noise. Turns out there was a rat's nest in it.

do you drive on the highway with it set to fresh air coming in or recirc?
I have pretty much always had fresh air coming in and now its flapping at speeds 70mph and over, and if the wind gusts are higher it flaps faster lol
foamy chunks of cushioning have been blowing out of the vents this year, I am thinking that is the problem i need to fix with plastic vibrating on plastic

But human beings need to sleep lol. It's vital to survival (hey that rhymed). I can see not wanting to do 8hrs per night, I rarely get that myself. But I always aim for 7 hours if I can.

The Russians did some crazy experiments keeping people awake for long periods of time...look it up online. It ain't pretty

it still amazes me though that the research scientists have yet to find the 'safe' way to eliminate it for those that want to truck on

And if you're an exception to the rule doesn't mean the rule is dumb or whatever. I'm not saying that. Everybody is freakin different. What works for some may not for others, vice versa, etc. But generally speaking it is sound medically and healthy for average person to sleep 7-8 hours a day. At least that's what the doctors and most folks I know say

yeah I think it's pretty well accepted that whether we like it or not, we need a certain amount of sleep regularly or bad things will begin to happen.

Shadow people man...they only come around when you stay up for 48+ hrs. Sneaky fuckers
