    hunts point has cleaned up a lot in the last 25 years.

    I am over that way often in and out of the produce market.

    still worth a field trip though!!!

    Also worth a stop if you're in the area, the Shea Stadium area muffler/glass shops: Willets Point Blvd & 37th Ave...
    That area hasn't lost a bit of havoc or gained a bit of refinement over the last three decades :rofl:

    Well Im at the airport now. Showed up at 2pm because my flight was at 4pm. It got delayed to 4:30...then 5...now 5:30

    NYC apparently has a lot to offer. I don't think I'll want to come back again though...maybe to finally see one of them snow leopards. Flying out here was pretty annoying. I miss my (muh) toilet, my truck, my guns, my tv, grass, clean air, and parking 10 steps away from the entrance of wherever Im going. I wish I could have gotten to meet some of yall, but oh well.

    Agreed, it's definitely not for everyone.
    Next time fly in through ISP airport & explore Suffolk County, tends to be a bit more scenic out here.

    I was at la guardia plaza hotel. The uber driver had to stop and use the restroom at his house lol. Im On my way! To the paper factory hotel. I have to be at the airport at 5am so I dont think I can stay up too late.

    I hear ya, well either way they close at 10pm it is more a beer tasting thing not a crazy bar scene, and if the beer isn't your thing tonight there are still tons of great options over there for food! your hotel is basically on the boarder of LIC & Astoria, tons of different options.
