Ok. How does one make sure to align the two new locations? I'm going to a tw member's house that has experience and welding skills but I'm trying to get educated too.

Screenshot_20190717-163226_Messages.jpg I bought entire new rear end and front diff. Rear, leafsprings, and hanger install is phase one. Kings, relocate, and front diff is phase two. Front kings is phase three. It's a bitch living without a garage as timing, help from others, and money need to be balanced. I appreciate your great feedback!

The instructions for locating the upper mount are really good. Go with that. Then for the lower mount you have to set your shock up so that it has the correct amount of shaft showing for the amount of bump you are wanting. I also brought mine out bound on the axle a little so there is ~5* of lean in towards the upper mount. I held the lower mount in place and @EatSleepTacos tacked it where it needed to go. That was the very last thing we did. If the other member has experience then that's a good thing. Other wise go and look at the Chevy 63 swap thread there is some good info in there about setting up shocks even if you are not doing that.

I wasnt sure if detailed instructions came or not. Should have assumed so, everything else about archive has been an impressive experience. Awesome customer service goes a long way for me. Thus far I'm very happy!

Thanks! Since I am converting from this crappy block lift I see my bump stops have been trimmed. With no major suspension travel will i be fine until a quality hydro bump is installed?

What do you mean with no major suspension travel? I am confused by what you are trying to accomplish with the new axle and then this question.

I would highly recommend removing the bed. It takes about 15 mins to take it off, and you have to place it back on to tac the towers in place, but it makes life WAY easier when you’re cutting the stock shit off

Sorry. Curious if factory bump stops that are cut will give problems with a relocation and 2.5x12's for street use. Funding went faster than anticipated. Hydro bumps are on the menu but I ran short buying new cams. I have a hp addiction.

If you just drive it on the street you will be fine until you can get some bumps set up. Just remember to set up your bump travel on the shock so that you can get the most out of the up travel and down travel. I set mine with about 1/3 up and 2/3 down. But that all depends on your suspension set up as well.

2 man we did it me and @Casper66 it wasn't easy getting it off with the towers took a little finagling but we got it. After you are over the towers it's smooth sailing. Oh and we both have busted shoulders and backs and was still able to get it off rather easily. Now it took like 5 of us to get it back on since we put in a 12 hr day plating my frame, 63 swap, and the relocates. We were beat at the end of the day.

True but when you got a plasma it makes it easy and not a lot to get in the way of that. Good tip though! Would of made it easier for sure even with the plasma.

Deavers for springs. I bought new kings that were set up for a tacoma from someone here. I know its dangerous buying before getting educated but I roll that way. I'm not a serious off rod enthusiast but I do want it capable. This axel and suspension swap is mainly for not ripping and axel loose on a launch. I'm currently at 400rwhp.

No you'll be fine plus you'll have more gap above bumps with your Deaver U402

Of course you could just get Archive Stealth ubolt flip kit with option 4 Super bumps

And likely a 1" block. Can a flip kit be used with a lift block?

Ummmmm reconsider having both shocks in the front or rear of the axle. There is a reason the factory has one facing rearward and one forward and leaned that direction. This helps with axle wrap. You can always do what some others have done and make a ladder bar for that though.
