All of this, plus cost. Even changing camp every night I think there are better options. I'm fine with everyone doing what they want to though. I weighed the options and it wasn't for me. I think the big game changer would be having one on a trailer. I just don't want to pull a trailer while wheeling, so again we're back to it being a base camp setup.

 

Sounds like 12-16 people. I'll talk to them today and see what they say. Depending on their ability to accommodate us, the location may change slightly but will still be in the general area.

 

Your camp cottage far exceeds any RTT in badassness! You cant have a study with a wood burning stove sleeping on the roof of a truck!

 

The best part is that it's modular. I can take just the tent body and a cot and be set up in 5 minutes, and take it down just as fast.

 

Dibs when you decide to change setups.

 

And it has covering to keep your cocksucker of wood dry.

 

I’m looking forward to the day when one of us gets banned for talking about a cocksucker and get to **attempt** to explain the story to a mod.

I was out running errands and stopped by The Goat to talk to them about or our reservation. Told the hostess that we had 14 and needed something around 7. I said it didn't matter if we were in the bar or in the back by the pool table...whatever. Girl goes and talks to the manager and comes back to tell me "sorry, they said that we can't do anything for you because of the reservations we already have." They didn't even try to come up with a solution, just a flat out no. So we're going to Jonathon's instead. They had no problem with accommodating us. Be there at 7. I'll probably get there around 630 if anyone wants to show up early.
