@Jibbs you helped with these recommendations, right?

FWIW, I’m running spacers with my JBA arms and stock wheels. I didn’t try it wothkut

Correct, the JBA arms wont work with stock wheels most likely. Wheel spacers would fix it. The stock wheels are like 5" bs I think, so youd need at least 1" spacers to clear their recommendation.

Also, their recommendations are hit or miss, just so you know. I had to correct them on the 315 backspacing

Thanks fellas. Guess I'll have to look at different UCAs. I can't justify replacing the wheels, cause they work just fine.

At the price point of JBA, get some Spidertrax and still come out ahead.

I’ve been running them and am very happy.

Anyone running these tires on Method NV wheels? Wondering if I’ll rub. I have 1.5” lift in front and 1” rear (6112/5160). Light off roading at most

I don’t know much about spacers but I know a lot of people have reservations. What size are you running?

Spacers are a part you can cheap out on and die, or buy good ones and be fine. Most of the horror stories are cause people did the former. Spidertrax 1.25" are a popular choice, and a segment leader.

AFAIK, spidertrax come in 1.25” only. I got lucky and found a guy selling his set of 4x for about the same as 2x new. You’ll only need two for the front, unless you want to match the rear to the front for aesthetics

Mine have been rock solid. No reservations at all and I’ve given them a pretty good workout.

Technically, I think they are hub adapters which is a different design than spacers. They are hub-centric and give you new studs to bolt the wheels too. The studs are locked in place (be replaceable)

I run 255/85r16 Cooper ST-MAXX on Pro-Comp 7031 series 16x8, 0 offset wheels. My suspension is all OME, 886 coils, Dakar HD leafs, 9000 shocks.

Zero rubbing off-roading or daily driving in close to 30k miles. Fantastic traction, dry or wet on pavement, good traction rock crawling and on wet/dry gravel roads.

With my setup, I run 38 psi front, 37 rear, on-road and 20 psi all-around on washboard roads, 15 psi all-around for rock crawling.

The last 7k miles were with Icon Delta Joint UCAs and there was no change with tire performance.

Hands-down my favorite, so far, tire size and tire for daily driving on a Tacoma.

What other sizes have you ran? I really really want 285s, but after 4 months of ownership, I’m already dissatisfied w the performance....have the OVTune, and run s4/5 and ect 100% which makes it acceptable on stocks

I wound up paying a little under $1300 from Discount Tire... that included the warranty on all four and the I stall... btw, i had to take it to them a second time for balance and it was way off the second time (ig to watch the machine), then paid $40 for an alignment from a shop I frequent with other vehicles... it was off, I'll try and post by how much... i did not get a spare... I just wanted something different so went for them... they've been great, only been wheeling once and it didn't rub on the mud flap, but I wasn't doing anything that requires 4L... I'm super happy with my decision and have no plans to go back,or raise it up, or go fatter

Going to discount in a few hours to get my KM3s. Should I pull the mud flaps just in case?

Ignore the shitty lawn, I've been road tripping for the last two weeks. It was knee high when I got home yesterday, lol.
    KM3s, bone stock truck.

At least you didn't have to bail the yard like your neighbor! Did I miss it? What was the tire dimensions.

I really should start baling the 2ac by my house, but I hate to let it get so tall. Snakes, rats and such start getting into the house!

Don't know if it's worthy of an separate topic but has anyone fit a KM2 or KM3 spare in the stock location & on the stock steel rim in a 2016-2017 DCLB?

I'd like to go this route and don't like having an oddball spare.....and do not want to bed mount it.

There are a bunch of posts in here with people saying they could get a 255 to fit the stock location by bending a bracket a little bit. I cant spesk to KM3s, but KM2s ran a hair on the smaller measured size for 255s, so you can probably do it.
