I’m finally getting to do some strength training....it’s just the beginning. I have a long road ahead of me to be able to lift 60#s over head repetitively at a fast pace. (The 60 #s isn’t constant but it’s in my job description so Dr will need to sign off on that) I’m determined to get there so my obstacle will be to rein it in. I have a tendency to over due.

Short story about one of my brothers. When he was a little kid they where fishing. he hooked a puppy and though he hooked a big one. I guess on his back swing the dog was behind him or next to him. The dog was ok after.
