That is an excellent remedy. Unfortunately for some it doesn’t allow them to keep their places of employment like mine

    Same here.

As I recall, and mind you it's been quite awhile...
...it will help you sleep and if not, you won't mind.
And no headache in the morning.

Eh, when I retire for real, I'm getting a medical marijuana card.
    Just because...well, fuck it. :p

Slightly better, I guess. Still feel half asleep. Gotta try and wake up fully and see if that helps. Coffee time. How bout you? How are you responding to therapy?

One time, on the way to Vegas with my mom, my sister and niece, I told Siri "Hey Siri, Play anything good"
She responded "I'm sorry David. I couldn't find "anything good" in your music library"
My teenage hip-hop loving niece laughed about that for the next 10 miles.

    Good morning all

I'd probably get one if I didn't have to go to a doctor to get it. I'll just wait until they legalize it for recreational use. I really hate doctors and never go unless I'm unconscious and the EMT doesn't ask my permission.

Well take it easy today even if you think you feel better.

I’m finally getting to do some strength training....it’s just the beginning. I have a long road ahead of me to be able to lift 60#s over head repetitively at a fast pace. (The 60 #s isn’t constant but it’s in my job description so Dr will need to sign off on that) I’m determined to get there so my obstacle will be to rein it in. I have a tendency to over due.
