Obviously a #deepfake. Why does a fragile assed, clean cut, older gentleman (Veteran with USAA insurance), in a Macy's suit, probably surfing porn or truck parts sites, have dirty ass fingernails? By the way, have ya'll seen this? https://thispersondoesnotexist.com/

Status update on the truck, since, you know, this is a truck forum.

Bushings arrived today. They sent me a whole new pack! Who the fuck does that? So cool. Anyways, found a local automotive machine shop and they’re gonna press then in for me. Dropped them off and will pick them up Monday since I’ll be out of town this weekend.

That’ll be the last thing to be road worth again! All I need now is to do an alignment. I’m not in a huge rush since I marked the cams with a paint pen before removal. Going to try and do it myself to save myself the money. Then tack the cams in place to they don’t move again.

You know I’m looking at truck parts because I’m on my laptop.

Porn I’d be at my dual monitor workstation in my other office, duh.

On the other hand, laptop or tablet would allow mobile browsing. It was a metro bus and 2 trains from Manassas to Pentagon to Clarendon or Bolling AFB. I could have so much more...productive...

My neighbor is amazing at 65!!! He's a landscaper by trade and right now has a lot of time on his hands. The wife and I were out there yesterday for a little over 3 hours. The heat kills me. 97 degrees and 80% humidity. Even my shorts were soaked.

He sent me this a little while ago. He's nuts!!!!!In full sun no less!!!!!

Yea, good ones are Godsends!! We look out for each other. First thing I did when we got home that night was jump in the truck and drove back to their place and the older woman (80+) that also lives back there (4 residences share the common drive) and checked to be sure they were all ok. I always snow blow the common drive and their drives too. It's like 3k feet total. I enjoy it and I know they appreciate it. When it's really bad he jumps on his skid steer and helps. The older woman is always willing to kick in 25 bucks or whatever she can afford.

Then we commenced to cut up the tree.

Now, with that said, the lazy fucks that live up on the hill behind us, the 4th residence, has always been a blight. The original owner when we moved in was great. Then he sold to a young couple and they were ok, then they sold to an even younger couple and they were worthless. They sold to a couple with two boys and they were worthless. Her husband died of cancer almost as soon as they moved in so I gave her a pass. Then I found out her 9 year old son was driving her husbands car on my lawn so I took the pass back. Oh, that and she immediately had a boyfriend. All the while with her kids in parochial school and huge Jesus Saved magnetic signs on her suv. Hypocrite. I guess she couldn't stand the country anymore so now she is subletting it a new family. He is the size of Jabba The Hut and useless, his wife helped with the tree (for about an hour because she had to be to work at 4am, whatever) because "he can't walk". He drives a F150 and it's 2WD. Their driveway is steeper and longer than mine and it has a huge depression about mid way up it that's so bad you can't get a car up it. The common drive from the main road just to get back to their house is uphill as well. Some days I do not get right up and blow the snow off. I wait until it stops. He better start going to the gym because when it snows they will be walking up the sides of that driveway. No way are you getting anything 2WD up it. My tractor is 4WD but with the snow blower attached I have a very hard time. So I don't expect them to last through the winter. They seem nice but you can't live where we do unless you are capable of doing things for yourself or can afford to pay someone to do them for you. They don't strike me as the type to be able to afford it. The 4th residence by the way is a single wide that should have been removed 3 owners ago.

I am not one to judge, or look down my nose but damn, and I don't care what you have or where you come from. I grew up linoleum poor, and the wife and I had to use food stamps when we were younger and I was laid off. But don't act like you don't care, and for pete's sake, at least make some sort of attempt. Lazy people willing to ride along on the backs of others sweat and hard work make me sick.
