    im pretty sure the biggest reason is since its a new architecture all together theyd have to design a whole new manual transmission for the thing. the transaxle may or may not hold the suspension. development cost of the transmission wouldn't make sense for the sales numbers. even thought the c7 is sold 20% manual i believe. the numbers still arnt there.
