Well tomorrow is orientation at Boeing and Monday is my official first day. I’m so excited. Won’t see me on here throughout the work day (don’t cry it’ll be ok).

Bunch of paperwork, safety training, and maybe some interactive orientation would be my guess. Good luck Scotty!

You are correct. First 4 hours are the HR stuff. Second half of the day my manager takes me around the building and shows me what I’ll be doing and introducing me to who I need to know.

Are you salary or hourly employee? Salary exempt means you could work 40 hours or 65 hours a week and get the same pay. Salary non-exempt is where you would be compensated for anything over 40 hours as overtime.

Good luck with Firestone. They may refuse to touch the upper control arms.

For my alignment. I pinned the front cams all the way in and the back cams all the way out. Adjust the castor with the upper rotation on the ball joint to get it close. Adjust the camber using the 30mm slide in and out on the upper. Get it close. Then let them fine tune with the bottom cams and finally toe. My castor is between 2.4 and 2.7. I have 33’s, beat down my pinch weld, flattened inner fender, cab mount chop, and angled the fender flares at the bottom.

The higher the castor, the harder to turn at slow speeds.

@jmaack, ask @Davtopgun about where to get an alignment done. I can’t remember where he would get his done. I think 4wheelparts can do it, but he took his somewhere down closer to alabaster area.
