there is Line-X spray on it now, it was sorta covered when they sprayed it so I would be able to put the hooks back in and get this one out, good as new

Hmmm might have to use a drill on that and see if it comes loose. Use a drill bit to make a hole and see if you can catch it to turn loose

i have not yet removed the tail light to see if any is sticking out back inside there, these bolts were pretty short if you can see the small tip of corrosion from the front ones in the pile of hooks in the center cap

If there is bolt sticking out use pliers to try and get it to spin out. Otherwise drilling action is needed.

i should be thankful the front ones by the cab were able to be cleanly taken out, if one of those broke it would be a major headache with not much access behind there
but i thought it would look better to have the hooks separate from the liner so I can stick little unicorn magnets on them if I so choose

i would probably have to replace all of them so they match, I think these particular bolts are corrosive in nature, or from online pics I have seen they are
my plans are to powdercoat the hooks and not sure yet if they can coat the tops of the bolts or not and still be able to screw them back in
