I do actually. I am field technician and spend a lot of time in my vehicle, oftentimes waiting around and of course I like to position my seat in a more relaxed confortable position.

Not something everyone does but there is always someone.

Power seats have been standard for over a decade, not sure how that is "a lot of work"

I understand. OP I think was referring to adding power seats to his current Taco using the upcoming Taco power seats.

Not true. I don't know if all trims get it, but most have the power rear window.

Yea power window I think is standard on any model above SR5. Then again I don't have an SR5 so maybe some people got an upgraded tech package to theirs that includes this.

I don’t have a third gen, but even in my 2nd gen, I can’t stand the seat. I’m 5’5, and sit on a cushion to be able to see over my steering wheel properly lol. My brother who is 5’3 was looking into a 2019 Pro, but because of his height, he’s waiting for 2020 Pro with power seat

No... This is the option they should give it. not some stupid sliding window.

Tundra AND 4Runner both have it.

I haven’t moved my seats since I first bought the truck. Throwing money at something not functionally needed.

Same, if I wanted a wide open back, I'd get a jeep or a convertible.

If your thinking it’s just a truck - why need power seats. Then the dual climate control and the jbl stereo and sun roof prob shouldn’t be needed.
Cloth seats and am/fm radio and your good to go.

I only wish I had it with the programmable seats after my 5'2" wife moves my seat... that's about once a month when she has to move the truck for some strange reason.

Fair comment. I'm 6 2 and it doesn't bother me. No sunroof.

I eagerly await the 2020's arrival so we can confirm that the new power seats have no memory. Then watch for all the TW threads "When is Toyota gonna join the 21st Century and offer memory". Or "Toyota cheaped out again" etc.

I'm looking to add heated seats to my manual sport. I've found an aftermarket option but wouldn't mind getting 2020 seats that are power as well
