UPDATE...... I tried again (didn’t have much time over the week) to get the plug to move again today and NADA...

On a side note I noticed while I was under there today the wear shown in these pictures. I didn’t notice it when I was down there before (not saying it wasn’t there just didn’t pay attention and see it). It shows only on the driver side front. Should I be worried? I’m about to put some “New to me (7K miles on them) ” Goodyear wranglers on there and don't want to have any issues.

    Thoughts????

I would be concerned if I am seeing the picture clearly. Looks like you almost have a gouge in your tire from rubbing pretty hard. Clearance with the steering knuckle looks normal to me. I would look closely inside of the wheel well to see if I could determine what it's rubbing on. Probably when you are turned all the way. There are several threads about rub you can read on but a closer look and you can probably see what your issue is.

That is a possibility because I have to turn my wheel real hard just to get in my driveway that’s a real funky angle

Mine was a bitch too. I hit it a few times with a hammer, hit it with penetrating oil, hit it with a torch and it came out

    The last update...
Went to Lexus today and got the 14mm hex nut plug. More money then I expected but I wasn’t trying to drive around more then I had to with that torex bit lodged in my old plugE54D9E6B-ECE1-4335-A6CF-E845D9E35AAC.jpg
This was after I drove around all day(80+ miles) with my original drain plug looking like this but attached to my front diff. That sumbitch ain’t coming out. That’s a Torex T60 bit w1/2” drive... but it got it out after I stripped that 10mm hex plug.... FBA3FFBF-E7B4-4B53-919F-382D9A2304BA.jpg

Tried PB Blaster soaking over two days with no luck. Put the torch on it, got it nice and hot and it came right out. Next time I'm replacing it with the Lexus plug.

It's a 24mm head like it should have been in the first place and has a stronger rare earth magnet. They also make a tool to remove a rounded out plug.

Yeah I agree the price is high but I wanted all the plugs to have the same 24mm head so I went with that one.
