Other than the TPMS and A/C... wheel speed sensor issue? Most newer Toyotas I've worked on would flip out and disable cruise and T/C or VSC for pretty much any code. O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction? Yep, better disable all that stuff, because safety, I guess?

How long have you had your remote start system? I believe that gets tapped into the dash ignition harness.

I'm gonna guess the IGN1 NO2 fuse blew. If so, you will have a very difficult time figuring out which circuit has a short, as that fuse feeds LOTS of stuff. Look at any aftermarket wiring 1st.

Replace fuse and see it blows again or its intermittent and go from there . Like Muddinfun said feeds a lot of different circuits . Had similar problem with a 05 rav4 were it blew intermittently(gauge fuse ) .Very difficult to find .Better hope its a direct short .Much easier to find then intermittent short .

I created exact same problem you have .Installed add a fuse on that circuit  for leds in cab . Cleaned up wiring under dash one day while installing new stereo and put fuse back in open slot right next to it and was like  :angrygirl:what the fck happened .Ended up putting fuse back in ign 2 and moved add a fuse to open slot .Was hot with key on .

It blows the fuse immediately when I put a new one in. I have been hearing some pulley noise under the hood lately, think it might need an alternator

Disconnect alternator and see if it blows . Careful not to short it out when you disconnect wires
