    thank you for the quick response , i think this is really going to be a big hit --- will there be an adapter to the stealth knob or will it utilize one of the leads . so you only have the ect and the led?

    Well what pc are you talking about? You posted a question with no context besides being in the shift kob thread so I gave you a general answer guessing you meant removal of the shift knob. If you've already done the DIY stage 2 kit then my answer is probably irrelevant.

    Just scooped a knob up! Wish the threading was black too, but I think another member used a black fabric market to remedy that...

    Yep, just touch the thread and let it wick itself into the thread. Wait a few hours and repeat. It will wick itself into the threads underneath that you cant see and turn reddish again. I did 3 coats.

    2 things:

    1. If I remember correctly there was a video out there showing the installation of the knob without having to pull the dash apart, and only needing to pull the center console around the knob off and getting to the ECT button from underneath. Does anyone have a link to this video or am I imagining things?

    2. Has anyone wired the second button to their garage door opener? If so, do you have a link to the directions or and kind of guidance on how to do that?
