No front locker yet, I'd probably have to stick with stuff less difficult than Dusy at least from what I've seen/heard of the that trail.

You guys' damage reports from last year is enough to convince me of that lol

damn I spent a good hour this morning reading through your Pirate4x4 build thread on your old SAS pickup, that thing was awesome but looked like quite a never-ending project haha.

    Any plans for your Tacoma?

Thanks dude it was quite the project. Check out toml4402 on IG to see it continue life. I'm a bit over having a project but the taco is going that way. Doubt I'll go too crazy making it rock crawl when a $4k toy pickup could outdo it easily. I have a +2 kit on the shelf I keep thinking I'll install some day.

I hit up Shmellmopwho (Ryan) and it's looking like September would be more ideal. Maybe that second weekend, the 14th?

    What were you thinking?

I believe @desertjunkie760 was referring to our Big Bear group run next weekend...this weekend I'm out of town and can't as well, but next weekend is our planned Big Bear run

We aren't going to be running Gold on Saturday and already have more trucks than originally planned on our run. I'll definitely keep you posted if anyone drops though!

You're welcome to join the after festivities though if you were planning on camping out Saturday night. Just don't want to overload a technical trail with too many trucks. Also open to ideas for Sunday as well since we don't have plans.

yea I think we already have over the planned limit for Holcomb Creek next weekend but with that being said, I think most of us are planning on camping and if you and anyone else want to come out we can hit a different trail the next day or run separate trails the first day, then meet up and camp as a group that night if you're interested

As for doing Gold Mountain the next day, that will really depend on how things go for me on Holcomb lol. I've never done it before so Gold Mtn the next day might make me feel like I'm pushing my luck too far, but I'll have to play it by ear

I'm in the same boat. It'll all depend on how Saturday goes. If it's a long day I'll probably just put Tequila in my coffee and sleep in. :pccoffee:

If not... maybe Madison and can show @Titus94 how to properly drive his truck. :boink:

Then you decided to break your truck instead of loosing the bet.
