Only FLC uniform and boots for the SFAS swim test (I was not going to SFAS, but had an 18D platoon Sgt who got kicked out of group and we thought it would be fun for PT)

 

As a navy seal do that throw you into a swiming pool and make you hold your breath till you practicaly drowned

 

Or they can't do that

Have you watched Guinness world record tv show that Navy seal stayed sumerged in ice cold water below 30 degrees for 2 hours before he got hyperthermia

 

I think I saw that one. They don't intentionally drown dudes, btw. Exhaustion is the primary culprit.

 

Oh I know it's training your supposed to push yourself be better then 110%

 

You learn quickly that your body can go farther than your mind

 

Your right when I BMX raced 2 years ago you could come out the gate hauling ass then you would feel the burn about 30 second you push through it and get that runners high the burn would go away and you keep Petaling untill you stopped them you felt the burn abd your legs felt like Jell-O
