    Yeah I'm the same way.
I've installed one LT kit before and it's not hard if you just take it slow and read the instructions. At least in the front, only welding that needs to be done is the limit strap upper mount. Anything else up there is just gussets/reinforcements. The back end is a different story though (though I have done some basic set ups too, not too difficult).

If I were you I'd install what you can and then just have eastern do anything you can't do yourself.

Y’all see that slipknot will be playing in va beach on aug 14? Definitely gonna go to that. Volbeat, gojira and behemoth will also be there, so it’s gonna be heavy.

That does blow me away as I never would have pictured them attending there. Probably will have to be like how warped tour was where people can stand on the pavement as I cant imagine they wouldn't allow some sort of mosh pits to happen. I would drive a good ways to see this concert.

I dunno, very interested to see how it goes. I’m just gonna buy general admission lawn tickets and watch from afar. It’s what I’ve done in the past and had a blast.

fairly certain Slipknot played at the ampitheater at a tour about 5-10 years ago. I know I've seen them before. It was either an FM99 Lunatic Luau or a tour they did. Hatebreed was there. Mosh Pits will 100% be there, but those tickets cost extra. There will be 'milder' mosh pits in the grass/general seating.

Seen Slipknot back in 16 at the Amphitheater with, Of Mice an Men and Marilyn Manson. Kiddo wanted to go something bad.

Taylor still did the show even though he was wearing a neck brace, from a recent broken neck.

Sure we could do that. I’d want to remove the bed for easier access, and it’ll make your life easier for cleaning up the frame. If you bring me a bedless truck, even better. That’s easy and could be knocked out in a few hours, if that.

Makes a hell of a difference!!!! Glad it worked for ya. It’s like cheating while welding since it burns so great.

I had Eastern do my truck, Bilsteins, lift the front and rear, diff drop and rear drop as well, ECGS clamshell, tires, wheels and alignment. I supplied my own factory trd 4runner sema wheels. I compared their price to 4wheel parts and hidust and they were all about the same. Mike the owner is extremely knowledgeable. They did my truck in one day and turn key perfect, not a shake, shimmy or vibration.

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
We could've done all that for pizza and beer.

@dead.fm13 when do you want to install your LT kit? The best part of DIY is LT can be higher maintenance than standard suspension. You want to be the one that does most of the work so you know how to maintain it.

I'm still pricing/piecing it together now so it'll be a little while. I did the install on the current lift I'm running myself and I'd have no problems with the front.....I think my issue is just fabbing in the hammer hangers and shock relocations in the rear. Its always more fun with friends anyway, right?

Hammer hangers are annoying as fuck, but can be done ones self, since no welding or anything involved.

When you do do that, make sure you get poly bushings for your shackles so your droop isn’t limited.

yeahhhhhh....getting those rivets out looks like a total bitch. I’m bouncing between the LT and not.....it’s my DD so I’m weighing my options.

FWIW, hammer hangers are a worthwhile upgrade, regardless. Make the back end ride much smoother and more compliant. I have them and love them.

I built my own since I had all material on hand and it was free, but it’s the same thing he offers. Also worth it.
