Any 12v vsv will work. From just about any car. Just make sure it matches the behavior of the original. But you need the EGR functioning, especially because your idle makes now sense it should be around 750, but I think the EGR is stuck making it fluctuate.

I’m surprised they passed the EGR visual with such a glaring mistake.

Nope, I had heavy duty Dakars. @Digiratus, @turbodb, @Blackdawg (even though I think yours are hand me downs).

Mine were right around there, you might go read @turbodb s thread about centering the axle before you order

I still need to do that too, rear thrust angle is off cause it's slightly askew. Gonna have my brother in law staying with us for a little while next month and I'll out him to work helping me do this shit. I'm probably going to pull the Expos off and reinstall to see if I can't get rid of the clunking from the main eye (passenger side) once and for all. If that doesn't work I'm getting the Alcans. These Expos have done this since day 1. Bushings are good yada yada

I don't mind the squeaking that's just characteristic of leaf springs especially when you play in the dirt. It's the constant knocking that's driving me insane. Like someone is knocking their fist on the side of my truck where that main eye is every time I accelerate or flex the rear

Only thing that makes it go away temporarily (sometimes) is if I douse that bushing and main eye with PTFE spray or a hose. But I have to do it almost every day.

Well I haven’t had a problem with mine, but I don’t have very high standards either so

In other news I didn't get all the slag off but this was probably the best-worst one I did this morning lol. I need to work on slowing down and keeping it closer to the metal
