Run some marvel mystery oil through the pos, and serve it a hot lunch. Drain all that out (it will pull lots of garbage out) and then do a valve adjustment

 

And take a video of the smoke show, pretend your smoking the tires

 

No I was talking about the one that runs into the fender and seemingly goes nowhere. Even my Z and your taco have that

Worth considering. Van is at his shop so doubt the next door neighbor would mind.

Given age and issues, might help clean it out... I don't know - just a thought.

 

I don't disagree, I've used Seafoam several times...usually through the gas tank but a couple times through the throttle body.

 

I dislike Seafoam, it's trying to solve an issue that no longer exists when used through the intake or gas. It's okay in the crankcase, bout as good as marvel or some diesel. But it murders cats and O2 sensors so I wouldn't run it on anything I cared about.
