Why is the bottom of the shock crooked I have it lined up and bolted on right at the top and it’s still crooked at the bottom

Perhaps you should install the lower bolt. Are you able to twist the lower eye ?

Nope with the 3 studs in up top the lower is crooked so if I put the lower bolt in the top 3 won’t line up

Take it out and rotate the bottom a little bit.

You should be able to rotate the lower eye (when the strut is out of the vehicle) continiously. If you can lower the LCA you can put a screwdriver or prybar in the eye and rotate it a little to align it.

EDIT: if you have a pinch bar (tapered prybar) you may be able to align the eye without too much trouble.

That happened with me on my 700 pound coils and i had to decompress my coil spring a little bit to turn the top hat to where it needs to be. The rule when you put on coils is to line the side of the bottom of the strut (not the hole facing you) up in the middle between two of the 3 top mount holes and itll work out just fine

Use a pry bar,and the bolt will go in.Best to not tighten anything down until all the bolts are in first.

You should be able to rotate the shock with a pry bar to line up that bottom hole. If you can, take some preload off the spring to make the job a bit easier. The shock is designed to rotate in place a bit as there is some rotation when you steer.
