I like loud exhausts. But not all the time. So factory muffler, with a cutout before that goes back into the tail pipe, would be perfect. And cheap. I have a 2018 highlander muffler sitting at work I’ll use, right size pipe, narrower than the oem tundra muffler so I can run a pipe next to it... it’ll be noce

[IMG] About 80% done with wrapping the dash harness in Tessa tape. Just a few legs to finish. Found the “antenna” for the key fobs, literally just a grey Wire that runs up to the cluster, not plugged in. Wonder if I can extend the range by giving it a real antenna hidden somewhere

Nope that’s a Tacoma. They exist, there was a thread a few months back of someone asking about replacing their cubby cover. He posted pics of the truck and it’s a 95-97 Tacoma.

have not had a 'real' ice storm in my area since Halloween of 1991

over inch of ice at the southern tip of storm,
this past winter was different, it was an inch of water trapped under foot of snow
when the snow was removed that water turned to ice and was a big mess!

The 1991 Halloween blizzard was a powerful storm that caused a period of heavy snowfall and ice accumulation, which affected parts of the Upper Midwestof the United States, from October 31 to November 3, 1991. Over the last week of October 1991, a large storm system over the Atlantic Ocean (1991 Perfect Storm) blocked most of the weather patterns over the eastern half of the United States, and in turn, moisture from the Gulf of Mexico was funneled straight northward over the affected region. By the time the precipitation stopped falling, many cities in the eastern half of Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin had witnessed record early-season snowfall accumulations, while parts of southern Minnesota and northern Iowa were crippled by a large ice storm. Arctic air that was pulled southward behind the storm had combined with the heavy snow pack to produce many record low temperatures. Between the blizzard and the ice storm, 22 people were killed and over 100 were injured.

Yeah seems like it's mostly that eastern corner of the gulf looking at a map and thinking about it. Texas is way further west and safer than I imagined

We never get any hurricanes on the west coast.

Occasionally there will be a tropical storm or maybe a hurricane once a decade down by Mexico but never in the states over here
