Grind or vibration

have an 09 tacoma that was recently rear ended. Everything was repaired, all body damage but i've noticed a vibration or grinding sensation when going 40-50. I do have bfg all terrains but i cannot tell if they are choppy, they dont look like it. The dealership says the rotors are warped and needs to be replaced. Would warped rotors cause a vibration/grind when driving?
I did have bfg's mud terrains on a jeep that bace chopped but u can tell by looking at them and driving a slower speeds.
Thoughts?

 

Get it off the ground and spin the wheels. Feel/listen for anything abnormal.
Make sure there isn't an inner fender liner popped loose and coming in contact with the tire at higher speeds.
