    Several years ago a buddy and I went out exploring forest roads in his WRX and ripped plastics off several times because the car is so low. The front bumper got pulled off just from small dips in a graded road. It was a fun day exploring, but he wasn't happy with broken plastic, he has a tacoma now.

    What is a dog mom? Do you have a dog? Why would a dog want to ride in a WRX? Can you tell the Dog Moms that you disconnected two spark plug wires and now get 40 MPG, even at idle?

    I think about selling my Taco for the same reasons about the engine. Shifting to 2nd drops huge amount of rpms. If going up a hill, I have to rev near 5k in 1st and even then when you shift to 2nd it drops all the way to 2.5k, outside of it's power band. I remember reading a post here about someone able to parking lot crawl at 4 mph in 2nd gear on a manual 3rd gen Taco...... there's no way.

    The hatchback WRX/STI was the coolest. That would not be a bad trade. I drooled over them for the longest time when they first came out.
