as title says, most folks get stainless lines with tundra upgrade. Where's the cheapest place to buy these?

My rubber lines are old and leaky and I have tundra brakes with the banjo bolt mod so I might as well hit two birds here.
    Thanks

Not sure my brakes are the place I'd be looking to find the cheapest option...

Wheeler's brake lines are already cheap.

    I don't get it?

~$100 for front and rear isn't really "cheap" but it's not expensive, either...

Well they wouldn’t be “Wheelers” SS lines if they didn’t come from Wheelers :)

They’re a fair price. I’ve seen more expensive ones.

You could find some generic no name ones from eBay maybe? Could you trust them and how much would you actually save to stress about it?

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
Well... considering Wheelers is the only place you can get WHEELERS brake lines... I guess that's the chespest place you can get them.

If you're doing Tundra brakes... I would suggest the Tundra swap lines from LC Engineering.

Well... I'm normally the guy that suggests wheelers for generally everything.

But as said before... "cheapest" isn't what I'm looking for on brake lines... LC Engineering is plain the better option.

I just didn't know if there were other makers of those brake lines that were reputable. Other than Wheeler's and LCE. You guys are taking the "cheapest" thing too far lol

Are these the kind I can get where I can get rid of my drilled banjo bolts? Or will I still need 4Runner hard lines if I want to do that?

Those are the ones. The banjo bolt already comes “pre drilled”.

Do they work ok with Napa eclipse calipers? (Rough casting)

That I do not know. It has worked for a lot of people with different calipers. If anything you can try a crush washer.

Yeah when I originally did the tundra brakes I had to try a couple times with fresh copper washers to prevent leaking due to the rough casting. Hard lines would of course prevent this. I think maybe I'll just try to sand the surface a tad when I change the lines

If you're on a truck forum, and doing anything more than general maintenance on your truck, I'll go as far as to say that you've made it a hobby.

With that being said, if spending $100 on a hobby is too much, then maybe you need to find a cheaper hobby .

I was just curious if there were other reputable places other than Wheeler's or LCE. It seems theyre the only two in the game. I'll go Wheeler's because I don't need the stainless rear brake line that LCE sells in their kit - I already have that.

This goes hand-in-hand with the other thread posted, talking about the lack of 1st Gen support.

I picked up the Stoptech SS brake lines for the front, off eBay. Rear I got through Headstrong Offroad. I don't remember the price total but it was definitely under $100
