    I drink Monster if I work or am dying at school. I drink these Rehab drinks with my meal, or on a hot day. Like I said, they're not really energy drinks cause they're so weak lol. Only 3 grams of sugar, and 160ish milligrams of caffeine.

    I love the original blue Monster
