you think a 0 off set in 17x8.5 with this same tire size would clear the uca? that's 4.75bs. how much room you got with your -10 offset setup?

    Not much stock left.
I went with the -10 offset because I’m running the Total Chaos Shock relocations (for the rear shocks), which require wheel spacers. I didn’t want to use the wheel spacers, so I went with the -10 offset.

Plenty of people do the 0 offset. I would’ve if I didn’t do the shock relocate.

What size tire do you have on there now? And what setting do you have your shocks set to? I'm getting the 5100's put in next week and am trying to figure out what size tire to go with.

That looks great, tires look bigger than 265 70's. Did you do 1/4" on both sides? What do you reckon you got for front lift with the 888's?

Thanks. 1/4 only to the driver side. Tires are at3w. I watched alot of rotor 88 youtube builds for reference.

That's a sick set up, pretty much what I'm looking to do with my rig. Why are you going up in tire size?

On a slightly different note, when I’m on the trails, I like to keep it in sport mode since it’s an automatic. I noticed that as soon as I switch it to sport mode, it’s always in 4th gear until I bring it down to 1st. I was doing 70 on the interstate at 3000 rpm. Turned the radio off and shifted into sport mode and it was in 4th again. It didn’t downshift so it was in 4th the whole time. I shifted into 5th manually and the rpms dropped to 2000. No discernible drop in rpms as I shifted into 6th. Do you guys and gals experience anything like that running bigger tires or while stock? I know I prolly need to regear but I don’t really want to get 5.29’s until I get 35’s. I’d take it to Toyota but I know they’ll just tell me to kick rocks. I guess it’s not that bad, I can just manually shift it up if I take it on longer trips

New to the forum and to Tacomas, I guess... Had Toyota 88 and 89 4x4's, 00 Tundra, and now back to the mid size. Love this Long Bed.

Haven't done much to it. Little mods here and there.

For the "TRD Off Road Badge" did you use the adhesive that comes with the badge or the 3M glue that Running For Tacos recommends?
I just bought the badges but I've heard people saying the glue messes up the paint so now I'm debating just using the adhesive that comes on the badge.

    Truck looks great, man! Congrats!

Quick question: Which specific matte black tow/hook combo did you go with for your hitch? Got link?
