I forgot to mention that the shy one at the shelter has came out of his shell really quick for 24 hours.

    Thanks :)

We've only had them since Saturday afternoon (not quite 2 days yet) but they have adapted very well. We have them in the spare bedroom for a bit before letting them roam throughout the house. They've already used the litter box (multiple times), ate food, drank water and have laid in the cat thing in the window.

Personally I didn't feel the need/want to have another cat after Abigail passed since with her medical issues she was a handful to deal with. My wife has never not had a cat for this long of a period. It wasn't that I didn't want to ever have another cat/animal again I just was fine with how everything was. Now if my wife went out without me and adopted a cat I wouldn't have been upset.

Anyways... I bought the Blink XT2 Security Camera system on Amazon Prime Day for outside the house. Well I didn't have time (plus it was SUPER hot/humid - still is) to put them all up... So why not put one in the spare bedroom where Stormy and Blue are being kept. Someone *cough* Blue *cough* decided he wanted to inspect the security camera this morning  You can see Stormy jump up in the end of the video (background)

In for one out with two . Congrats on the new additions. Love the nose dots on Blue. Hope for long healthy lives for them both.

Wife has been on travel so my three cat have just been hanging around me. I was working on my computer and two on the desk one in a chair next to me. I have to say they are getting more friendly every year.

First let me say I'm a dog person, but I have stray cat lives in my area that is really friendly. I started to feed it, but I'm not really a cat person. Having said that... I still want to help this female stray out. If anyone in the SoCal area that is interested, I can buy a carrier and deliver the cat to you. Here are a few photos if anyone is interested... The cat is about 1 year or less...I've seen it since it was a kitten.

It took me about a month, but I'm able to pick the cat up... it loves seeing people...so I know it's not a feral cat. Hopefully this post is not offending anyone for hijacking...just wanted to post to cat admirers.

I have three girls and not able to take on another, but we have seen one get re-homed accross the United States. I think you just need to become a cat person too haha, you already are and you will miss her when she is gone..... Just keep us all in the loop

Holy crap that looks just like Harley when he was a kitten, except I didn't adopt him until he was a little over a year old and big as hell lol. But I have a couple photos of him when he was that small and they were identical

    15355803_1585315868161821_2144336208168648521_n.jpg

Tuxedo cats are my favorite, I never had one until this guy but man they are social and fun to have around.

He's not quite as chunky now as he was in this photo a few years ago...this was when I was living in a tiny bachelor pad and he didn't have much room to exercise lol.

I loved my Tuxedo cat, Pumpkin. We found her on a cold Halloween morning living in a bush next to a mall. She was tiny - never much over four pounds, and was super special. I still miss her.
