Pulled. All were between 140-145. 5 minute nap then time to devour.

@bvbull200 i find the spicy pitface to be much more prominently spicy on pork than on beef. I dig it.

Works that way a bit for me too. I LOVE it on thick cut chops!

Yup. That’s what we did it on tonight. Came out so good. The SPG were nice too. Much more smoke flavor came through. But we both liked the pitface way more.

Forgot to post up a shout out to @Cold Iron. The macNcheese turned out very well. I don't eat much of it (too many carbs and other stuff), but did try it and it was surprisingly good. I say surprisingly just from the simplicity of the recipe,,, mix all this stuff together, smoke for 2.5 hours, stir, enjoy. My sons will finish it off. Only downside is that it is so rich and cheesy, that once refrigerated it gets pretty hard, but that's an easy one to live with, a bit o' nuking and it's back.

Pretty much my situation also, I try to avoid carbs but it is hard sometimes. My sons also finish it off for me although now that the oldest has moved to Boston it is just the youngest.

The pulled pork I made to take to the Duluth Double Gun shoot Friday-Sunday was a hit. Was an 8 lb. butt and Vac sealed it in 3 bags. 5 of us ate the whole thing Friday night and most of the beans. Boiled the bags of pork in a pot over a Coleman Stove for ~20 minutes. Next time will put some more pitfaced rub in the bags before sealing.
